1. Eleven newsletters (August–June) during the 2009-2010 school year containing information on all submitted upcoming local and regional events for home school families plus any submitted legislative information involving home schooling
2. A forum accessed handbook that includes activity contacts as well as a member and business directory.
3. Placement on the phone/email roster notifying you of events not in the newsletter and any changes to the CGCHE calendar
4. Four parents’ meetings (August "Meet and Greet", September "Meet new Coordinators and pick up membership cards", January "Kick off the new year", March "Check out favorite curriculums")
5. Access to the CGCHE forum
6. Membership deadline for the 2009-2010 school year is January 1, 2010
Statement of Agreement:
I / We have read the Constitution and By-Laws of CGCHE and are in agreement with the statements of authority, purpose, and faith of this organization.
Furthermore, I/We agree to abide by said guidelines (Article VII, Section 7) of the By-Laws. Copies of the Constitution & By-Laws, Guidelines, and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement are included in the information packet for new members, the yearly handbook, and on the website (cgche.com) for review. Signature on check will also serve as documentation of agreement to Release of Liability Form.
Membership is August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010.
Membership Deadline to join the 2009-2010 school year is January 1, 2010
MEMBERSHIP FEE (make checks payable to CGCHE): A discount of $5.00 will be given to those families submitting applications before 1 Aug 09.
Applications received after 1 Aug will be assessed the following fees:
